Includes detailed health questionnaire and its review, followed by 60min coaching session – in person (Inverness clinic) or online.

Personalised Meal Plans
Imagine a meal plan tailor-made just for you, based on healthy foods which will nourish and energise your body and mind. Created with foods you like and your body can tolerate; explained food preparation method you can handle and a detailed shopping list to help you to be organised. All with your food budget in mind.
This includes detailed review of food & health questionnaire, your likes/ dislikes, food intolerances, cooking skills and food budget. Based on this information I will create a tailor made, detailed Meal plan (delivered electronically) for 7 days or 14 days
- Breakfast, lunch, dinner and 2 snacks for each day
- Shopping list
- Detailed recipes including cooking instructions
